This is a fantastic game that is tarnished by absurd troubles with split-screen co-op. If you search, you'll discover hundreds of others complaining about the same difficulties, such as text that is WAY too tiny, UI components that go off-screen or to the incorrect screen, and so on. There is no reason for this, given that Borderlands 2 performed well on split screen (especially since split screen is one of their bragging messages in marketing). It has absolutely nothing to do with performance. These had some performance concerns at first, but it seems that they have been resolved. Would have been 5 stars if not for the condition of the co-op. I've been a great fan of Borderlands when it initially came out. Unless and until this problem is resolved, I will never purchase anything from Gearbox again.
