The last factor is what I would describe as "an overwhelming degree of Love combined with a deep guilty conscience." Itachi murdered out his whole clan in order to safeguard Konoha from the coup plotted by the Uchiha, but he couldn't kill his brother since he loved him more than anything else. Itachi was well aware of the gravity of his actions and resolved to make apologies by dying at the hands of his younger brother, who would attempt to revenge the whole clan. Itachi most likely reasoned that if he possessed the Eternal Mangekyou, Sasuke would have had no chance against him, and therefore resolved to confront his younger brother later on when his eyes had deteriorated in such a way that they would be close in power and not a one-sided combat. So that was all because to Sasuke! He knew he was dying and opted to die in the hands of his brother. By doing so, he utilized his death to strengthen Sasuke. Itachi planned to give Sasuke the upper hand in order to make the battle more equitable (by fighting him while he was partially blind and sick).
Itachi and Kisame are preparing for the Akatsuki meeting at a park. Itachi feels that the gathering was held to debate the organization's future rather than to have a Flower Viewing Party. Itachi, however, was mistaken, and the gathering was to be a Flower Viewing Party, to to Itachi's dismay.
Sharingan, Mangeky
Shisui was one of only a few persons who could awaken the Mangeky Sharingan. He reawakened it after seeing a beloved friend and competitor die as a result of his refusal to help in a moment of jealousy and weakness. When engaged, its design takes the form of a four-point pinwheel. Shisui previously said that his Mangeky Sharingan improves his capacity to perform genjutsu by removing the requirement for him to establish eye contact in order to execute its techniques. [22] He could use this to capture numerous people in his genjutsu from a long distance away. [10] He can also pour massive quantities of chakra into a target's eye just by looking at it, increasing its ability to keep them captive. [22] It also allows him to see Kotoamatsukami in each eye. [15] It was regarded as a one-of-a-kind genjutsu of the greatest caliber, allowing him to enter the mind of any person within his range of vision and manipulate them into believing false experiences flawlessly and fully, acting on them as if they were genuinely acting on their own free choice. [8] Shisui felt he could utilize this method to force the whole Uchiha clan to forsake the coup d'etat.
Sasuke Uchiha employed Kagutsuchi via his right eye, giving him the ability to freely manipulate Amaterasu's flames. While the left eye granted him the ability to deploy black flames at whim, the right eye granted him the ability to shape morph the flames and control them appropriately. This ability was highly lethal, and it also enabled Sasuke to combine black flames with other strong techniques to enhance their abilities.
