A mobile wallpaper is a computer wallpaper that has been resized to fit a mobile device such as a phone, personal digital assistant, or digital audio player. The width is frequently greater than or equal to the height. Wallpapers for modern phones can usually be downloaded for free from various websites (such as those running Android, iOS, or Windows Phone operating systems). Modern smartphones allow users to use photos from the web as wallpaper, or photos taken with the phone's camera can be set as wallpaper. Wallpaper images, like many other digital images found on the Internet, are typically copyrighted.

To change the wallpaper on your iPhone, simply select a photo from your Camera Roll and set it as the new iPhone background image. It's even simpler. We'll get into the specifics down below. On an iPhone running the latest iOS, tap to open the Photos app. Look through your iPhone's Camera Roll folder for your favorite photo to use as your new iPhone wallpaper. Tap to select it and bring it up in the Photos app. A share button can be found in the bottom left corner. Tap on the share button, then Next in the top right corner to bring up the share options shown below. To reveal the Use as Wallpaper option, swipe from right to left on the bottom of your iPhone screen. When you tap on it, you will be able to move and scale the selected photo before setting it as the wallpaper for your iPhone's lock screen, home screen, or both.
