Shisui was praised throughout his life as the most skilled genjutsu practitioner of his generation and the most powerful member of the Uchiha clan; his ocular skills even topped those of Itachi Uchiha, whom Shisui taught, and they considered each other brothers.
I was charged with keeping a check on Itachi because of his strange conduct. Given his tight relationship with the Hokage and the elders, Itachi was critical to the clan's strategy for a takeover. Shisui and Itachi, unbeknownst to the Uchiha clan, both disagreed with the takeover and sought alternatives; Shisui planned to utilize his Koto Amatsukami to demand peace. Danzo got worried because he believed it would be a waste of effort; if Shisui was ready to use his jutsu against his own clan, would he be willing to use it against the Hokage and the elders? Danzo assaulted Shisui and stole his right eye, but Shisui managed to contact Itachi and tell him what had occurred; he then begged Itachi to assist him in faking his suicide and entrusted Itachi with his left eye.
Overview
A Mangeky Sharingan differs from a regular Sharingan by its look, which alters the shape of the tomoe seal. While each user's design is unique, they all resemble pinwheels. It is first triggered by the trauma of witnessing the death of someone close to the user. Uchiha have traditionally misinterpreted this condition as requiring the user to be culpable for the murder of the individual, and as a result, they created the habit of killing their closest friends in order to get the Mangeky Sharingan. [3] Obito's Mangeky triggered instantly after his trauma, but Sasuke's Mangeky did not activate until many weeks later in Naruto Jinraiden.
