The Adams Family (1960 -1999) Thing T. Thing, sometimes known as simply Thing, is The Adams Family's hand servant. This spooky hand was originally imagined as part of a basement Thing. Hanson prepared a huge turkey supper with mashed potatoes and buns that night, but they lost their appetite when they discovered Hanson had used his withered arm to serve it. Everyone walked away appalled when Hanson joined in with his hand, even coughing and gagging into the pie. With everyone in the home, the spirits come to life and terrorize the pupils. Kane's spirit reappears and races across the upstairs hall on a wheelchair, throwing Dwight through a front window. Dwight begs Hanson to use his good hand to help him as he attempts to save him. Dwight is so appalled by Hanson's withered hand that he releases go of the house and falls to the ground. When Hanson turns around, he discovers Kane's spirit has been following him and has taken possession of him.
There contains a lot of vulgar, scatological content (both human and animal related), as well as some blood and gore, albeit not as much as one would anticipate from a horror movie parody. Various characters have varied degrees of poor attitudes, and some drink, smoke, and one is a pothead (and himself is smoked by a huge marijuana plant). Some characters hit or strike others (with one woman fighting a cat that fights like a human); a priest shooting a possessed girl with a gun (but we don't see the impact); some people being hit and killed by vehicles; a ghost throwing people around or hitting them with objects; and some slapstick style material.
