Come on, guys, I see these user ratings and I have no idea what people are looking for. If you want a corny computer animated horror thriller, you should definitely stick to cheesy movies released after 1995. I showed this video to my 28-year-old wife, and she liked it. "Man, I wish movies would go back to this," she could only reply. The movie was great, terrifying, and humorous all at the same time. Stop comparing movies because that's not what B movies are about; they're about having fun and using your imagination. My kids watched this movie and were terrified because of all the creatures; I thought it was very amazing to have all of these various monsters in the mansion; it makes for a very terrifying trip. Each of the ill-fated partygoers dies in a unique fashion, yet as completely distinct creatures. That is just amazing. I rate this film a ten.

Mental illness isn't funny, but the fact that Nicholson isn't insane (at least not in my perspective) permits us to chuckle. He seemed to adore his healthcare colleagues. He is, however, misled into believing that he can do anything he wants. There is no disputing CUCKOO'S NEST's potency. The two major powerhouse performances are flawless, the photography is gloomy and dirty as it should be, the "Chief" is fantastic as Nicholson's right hand, ah, protagonist, and you care a lot about what happens as the film progresses. Ironically, the iconic closing scene depicts a prominent figure leaving the gloomy Oregon morning.
