Riot Games can't seem to get Akali right, albeit with her latest adjustments in patch 8.24b, the developer is at least striving. The nerfs to her shroud may be a contributing cause to her lack of success, but Akali is still a long way from obtaining a balanced state. All we can hope for is that the balancing team will focus on her primary strengths and maybe modify the True Stealth feature rather than aimlessly picking at her until she slips off into nothingness.

Extreme Lucian I believe he has much too much authority. He will constantly spam you, particularly if he purchased Manamune, making life tough for you. So the only thing you can do is go jungle camping. Champ mains are players that have played 40-49.9% of their games on a single champion. One-trick players are those that spend more than half of their games on a single champion. Edit: It seems that I must clarify who is on the list. As of July 5th, 2019, these are the challenger players that have played more than 40% of their games against ONE particular champion.
For context, my season 9 high was D2, Kassadin with a 70% winrate. I took a hiatus from league season 10, but I'm returning for season 11. I got diamond again, but this time it was through utilizing (abusing) jungle (IMHO a lot easier to build tangible leads and win games, plus I've always had strong map awareness, F keys, and so on, so the adjustment was simple). The only problem is that I don't like jungle as much as I used to, even climbing with Nunu/Khazhix at a 67 percent winrate D4. So I'd want to re-learn mid. But the new Kassadin seems squishier, and even the melee AP matchup versus Fizz feels worse; I guess he basically stat checks you. Any tips on fizz matchups or champion pool modifications I should make? With the exception of Malzahar, I'm open to any new mid champion.

I mostly wish to assist, so if you want advice, please let me know. Take fleetfootwork, triump, AS/Tenacity depending on the comp, though I prefer Attack speed most of the time/ and damage vs low health I can't remember the name for runes. Please do not take conqueror; you will never need it. Take Domination with the two sustain runes on the secondary tree, and resolve against particularly hard/poke heavy matches.
Riven, lulu, ryze, ww, mordekaizer, vlad... are the difficult opponents. You must take TP against such champions. Playing Instructions: Basically, I basically farm and swap dmg with Q + hit if I can. When I reach level 6, I may go for kills or just harass with the following combo: Q, wait cd back, R, Q again + E. If you get Sheen, I can easily exchange 1v1s, but the aim is to get mid/lategame to win the tf 3 by shooting the adc/apc. If you have a difficult matchup, you may just rush for HP, since Akali has incredible damage even without any dmg items.

Skarner assistance is really essential in making their adc a nothing and completely ruining their game. This works considerably better if you play alongside an adc who also has cc or wants to be closer to them. I played as pyke - skarner bot lane and we only lost lane 1/20 games while also winning the majority of our games since we could roam into other lanes. The fact that your R can remove their adc from a battle, and that if they overextend, you can just R them into tower, making it a 2v1 versus their support. Freelo.
While Yasuo has a better winrate than Akali when they face off, Yasuo also has a significantly higher degree of difficulty, making him a more time intensive character to grow with. You should be cautious while bringing Yasuo into Akalias since his relative depth means that you may not be able to fully unlock his potential without a lot of practice. Furthermore, Yasuo possesses a tiny amount of utility and CC, which is comparable to Akali's. This makes her equally as useful in teamfights, particularly when fighting heroes that do a lot of burst damage.
While there isn't a single greatest champion in League of Legends, Garen is the superior champion in Akali versus Garen confrontations, with a lower win rate, greater champion depth, and a comparable level of utility to aid out your teammates during team battles.
Garen's garbage counterpart is Akali. Make sure your methods are centered on increasing your gold and cs while also damaging objectives. If you can achieve that, you should be able to stand alone against Garen as Akali.
