Freakshow tells the story of a group of crooks who serve as security guards in a traveling carnival and scheme to steal their wealthy owner's riches. Lucy, one of the thieves, tries to grab the riches for herself by courting and marrying the Boss. Kimmie, the Freakshow's youngest member, comes upon a couple of the gang members stealing food and is slain by the thieves. When the murder is uncovered, the freaks plan their retaliation. The freaks slaughter the robbers in a variety of horrible methods. Lucy tries to avoid punishment by professing her love for the circus Boss. The freaks "spare" her by providing her with a Freakshow "act" that will make her a full member of their company. They mutilate her, cut off her tongue, stitch her mouth shut, strip her skin, and chop off her limbs before presenting her as the "Worm Girl" at the Freakshow Gallery.
She was initially cast in the film as Sidney Prescott, but Drew decided she preferred the character of Casey instead. The rationale behind this was that if she was killed in the film, it would give the viewers the notion that anything might happen since she was a renowned actress and people expected her to be the star. This is also why she was placed in front of all the other characters on the promotional movie poster. She was a well-known actress when she was cast in Scream, and at the time of its release, it was uncommon to put well-known actors in horror films, and Drew's appearance in the picture encouraged the rest of the sequels and other horror films to attract well-known actresses. Wes Craven informed Drew about animal brutality in order to make her weep, and Drew, being an animal lover, burst into tears.
Tom Logan finds "Michael" lying beneath a sheet in his daughter's bed after hearing unusual sounds. After a fight, "Michael" is thrown out the window, with Tom clinging to him as the "Jackson suit" tears off, causing him to plummet and his nose to pull off. When Tom rushes down to investigate, he discovers MJ's skin and an extraterrestrial fleeing into the cornfield. [[Scary Movie 4]]
One major name you may have forgotten was The Fonz himself, Henry Winkler, who appeared in the original Scream. He portrayed the principal of Woodsboro High School and was assassinated by Ghostface after hours at the school. He may have gone unrecognized, but he was a prominent role throughout the film. Henry Winkler is still busy in Hollywood, performing in both live action and voice roles. He had a few minor roles in animated children's programs, but he has a significant voice acting role as Fritz in the forthcoming Disney+ series Monsters At Work. This year, he will also appear with Scream co-star Liev Schreiber in Wes Anderson's The French Dispatch.
