Sasuke, the most powerful Uchiha of all time, comes in second place. During his first mission at Tenchi Bridge, he awakened the Sharingan. Sasuke unlocked the Mangekyo Sharingan after learning of Itachi's death, and it possessed some terrifying abilities. Sasuke could use the Amaterasu with his left eye, while his right eye could manipulate the shape of the said jutsu. After transplanting Itachi's eyes, he also awakened the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and was able to manifest the entire Susano'o as a result. Raiun has recently had many dream-like visions of a man (who resembles an Otsutsuki member) in which he sees himself in a third person view, with the focus of his vision on him and the man, and he sees himself begin to empower, before finally seeing his eyes glow blue in what he somehow knows is the Tenseigan.
The Sharingan bestows two broad abilities on its wielder: the "Eye of Insight" (, Dsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (, Saimingan).
