Elizabeth Olsen's character grew significantly as a result of the TV show. Wanda has progressed, so to speak. She is now known as the Scarlet Witch, a superhero who may be even more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme. We speculated at the time that Wanda must be more powerful than Doctor Strange. But we only found out a few months ago that Wong (Benedict Wong) is the Earth's main sorcerer.
It was all because Agatha had a hunch that Wanda was a true witch, not a Hydra experiment, and a burning desire to learn how she had become so powerful. Agatha has been practicing dark magic for over 400 years, but she has never had the power or skill to mind control and transform an entire town for weeks. Agatha announces her realization at the end of the episode. You're supposed to be a legend. A being with the ability to create on the spur of the moment [...] Wanda, this is Chaos Magic. As a result, you are known as the Scarlet Witch.
Doctor Strange 2 Updates recently shared a photo of the film's stunt team hat, which features what appears to be the new logo. The first shows Monica Rambeau speaking with a secret Skrull character, who informs her that she was sent by a friend of her mother's because he wants to see her. When asked where his alleged friend is, the Skrull character simply points to the sky. We get excited when she mentions going to a cool space base because we know it means two things: Nick Fury and Captain Marvel 2. Fans of Spider-Man: Far From Home may recall that Nick Fury was last seen aboard a spaceship full of Skrull workers in the film's post-credits scene. It's a massive base (likely a S.W.O.R.D. base), and he appears to be in command of operations. We already know Monica Rambeau's character has been confirmed for Captain Marvel 2, and WandaVision establishes some storylines that I'm sure will be played out. Shell have to confront Carol, her pseudo-aunt who she suddenly doesn't seem to like talking about, and explore her newfound powers while facing off against a celestial villain of some sort.
