Misa was (almost) killed by 10 Light.
Although Light does not follow through on this one, it is an excellent indication of how eager he is to bend or entirely ignore his own'sense of justice' fairly early in the series. When Misa arrives to Light's residence to see him, he's already preparing to murder her based on how upset he is by her, and is only stopped by her shinigami, Rem.
