Adding delicate eyelashes to your anime eye, although optional, will make it look prettier and more "feminine." Because the viewpoint of this eye is front-facing, the eyelash in the centre is straight, while the inner and outer corners are bending left and up, and the inner corner is curving right and up. Because eyelashes are tapered, the base of the lashes is thicker than the tip. I picked a mix of long, thick lashes and short, thin lashes for this look. This gives the eye additional depth. Go to 1:55 of my instructional video for a detailed explanation on how to create eyelashes. Step 7: Include an eyelid (optional)
What's the difference between anime and manga?
It is important noting the distinction between these two approaches. Anime is the animated form, while manga is just still pictures. As a result, anime, like a cartoon, may be seen on television, but manga is analogous to a comic book. Although some believe that anime and manga can only be Japanese, there are a few anime series created in the United States that are still called anime. The same is true for manga.

I believe that concentrating on the eyes is the greatest method to begin developing the personalities of my characters. Once I've positioned the eyes, I may alter the head and torso to compliment them. Sometimes the hue or shape of their eyes may tell me if they're going to be a nice person or a horrible guy. The most essential thing is to use your creativity to develop a population that is unique to your planet.
When it comes to anime hair, there are so many distinct styles to choose from. To keep things basic, draw slanted lines over the eyes and across the top of the face. You may have the majority of them flowing in one way and a few going in the other, with a tiny space in between to produce bangs (which is very common in anime drawings). Draw lines down and around the face over the top of the head, pushing them up toward the face from the bottom with shorter lines. This will give your female character a short hairdo.

Step 9: Draw the lower lashes and fill in the triangle. Isn't it interesting how the triangle curls towards the top lash line? This gives the eye a more "eyeball" shape, or the appearance of one. The lower lashes are applied in the same manner as the top lashes, although they are significantly shorter.

Step 1: For the upper sections of the woman's eyes, draw two short, broad arcs. Make both arcs the same size and form. The dotted line in the center is there to help you picture the distance between your eyes. That is, the distance between the eyes is equal to the breadth of another arc of the same size. If you need assistance spacing the eyes, draw an arc on the far left side first. Then, exactly to its right, draw another arc of the same width (this is represented by the dotted line). Then, to the right of that, create the arc for the right eye with another arc of the same size. When you've gotten the sizes correct, delete the center arc.

Begin by gaining an understanding of the underlying form beneath the visible eye. According to cartoonist and drawing teacher Lucas Elliott, "you're not sketching what you see; you're drawing underneath the item." You're not only sketching the eye, but also the ocular orb and everything on top of it: the eyelid, the eyelashes, and the brows.
Before we begin sketching anime eyes, we must first devise a strategy. This entails two steps of drawing: a rough and a clean-up stage. We draw loose, untidy, and free at the rough stage, laying solid foundations on our paper. We concentrate on making the foundations seem clean and professional throughout the clean-up step. Draw your rough stage as softly as possible if you're working on paper. When working digitally, create two layers in your art software: one for rough and one for clean-up. You may always use the opacity slider to soften the rough layer afterwards.
