In The Boy's Vow, Asta Asuta[2] describes himself as an orphan raised by a church in Hage[3] after his mother abandons him on the church's doorstep. [4] [5] When Asta reaches the age of 15, she receives a five-leaf clover grimoire containing an Anti Magic devil. [6] He joins the Clover Kingdom's Black Bull squad of Magic Knights[7], rising through the ranks to become a 3rd Class Junior Magic Knight[8] and, for a time, a Royal Knight. [9]

Despite hosting and borrowing the devil's powers within his Grimoire, Asta has not become a Demon. Asta has the ability to transform into a demonic form by using his powers. Taking all of this into account, there may come a time when Asta either loses control and the devil in the Grimoire takes possession of him, or he gains complete control over the devil. In any case, if these events occur, he will most likely transform into a demon.
Asta truly believes that his Devil is fighting with no malice towards him at the start of his battle with his Devil. Not only that, but there's a brief flashback that suggests there's a lot more to the Devil's past than has been revealed so far in the series. But what are your thoughts?
