Tobirama has been fighting Uchiha Clan members since he was a child. He assassinated Izuna Uchiha, the second-stuftest Uchiha at the time. Tobirama devised the Flying Thunder God technique, allowing him to avoid the Sharingan. Shisui could have been teleported as well, and this would have been an excellent match. Tobiramas vast knowledge, on the other hand, gives him an advantage.
